Issue Fixed New
Extension’s image/picture was not importing during the domain save/create operation. X
PBX was trying to use unregistered trunks while making outbound calls. X
5-second delay (upon pressing address book button on snom phones) was causing an issue in cases when the PBX did not include localhost as domain or domain alias. X
Service flag account names showed “2009”. The new or factory reset installations no longer show 2009 in the service flag names. X
Some ACD fields did not have proper default values. X
Star codes *93 and *94 were not set in the default installations. X
Call recording - 911 and attended call recording issues have been fixed. X
Dial plan PnP issues: Configuration file was not picking up dialing scheme (i.e., 2-, 3-, 4-digit dialing). X
PA1 PnP issues have been fixed. X
Black list/white list (*92/*93) star codes were not working. X
Authentication issue: The PBX was allowing registered phones to make calls (for a short window) even though the password had been changed on the PBX. The PBX now enforces authentication immediately after password changes. X
Carriers at times were erroneously sending DTMF F, causing fax negotiation to start. Fax detection has been removed from the mailbox. X
ACD: The call state of calls answered within an agent group (where “entering agent group” was chosen as the event for connecting a call) showed “alerting” even though the call was actually connected. Call now shows “connected.” X
LDAP issue was causing wrong display names on the snom phones during calls. X
Trunk failover timeout issues. X
An 8-second timeout in the INVITE processing was causing issues with MS Exchange interaction. X
Users were receiving missed call notifications even when the call had been picked up by another user. X
MOS score was not clearing after midnight. MOS score now reflects only the current day's MOS score. X
Issue with call forwarding when an extension’s "Call Forward On No Answer Timeout" has not been set. The PBX now uses the domain level "Call Forward On No Answer Timeout” setting. X
A false 200 OK (Trunk registration issue) occurred as a result of a glitch in the DNS response, even though it never sent a REGISTER request. X
The "Include cell phone for web callback" setting in the “Redirection" page was not updating on the user portal. X
CSTA: Issue with sending a 200 OK even when a session was not created. New behavior: Success response occurs only if session was created; otherwise, an error file is sent (e.g., invalid session id) for all requests. Also, check dialog permission during monitor start. X
Some headers on the accounts page were missing in non-English versions. X
CSTA: MakeCallResponse – Caller-ID was missing. X
“Send call to extension” setting: Problem with partial ERE matches when using the “Send call to extension” setting. Now works with multiple patterns. X
Dialplan test script issue. X
Extra logging for "license expired" cases. X
The use_epid parameter was missing in the text version of the trunk. X
Helplinks in web interface were linked to wrong wiki pages. X
Support for SNMP query for OID 15-18. X
Domain address book: The visibility of the domain address book at the extension level was not correlating with the extension’s “Address book preference” setting. X
Enhanced button functionality: By merging button functionality of the snom phone (intercom) with button functionality of the PBX (speed dial or BLF), users can now intercom a pre-programmed number. X
Admin lockout (limiting phone GUI access): Administrators can now turn off admin mode in the phone so that users will be prevented from making certain changes in the phone GUI. Users who want to gain admin access to the phone's web interface will need to use the "Authentication PIN" under the domain setting. X
"Don't rewrite" option on the "Rewrite global numbers" trunk setting allows you to use the country and area code settings without including these numbers in a rewrite. X
CDRs now contain call hold duration. X
Extension name displays on cell phone: The PBX now searches the cell phone list if a user dials from a cell phone that has been configured to the PBX and the address book does not include that entry. With this, the extension's name that is associated with the cell phone is displayed. X
